At the start of my pre season I was not physically fit and I knew I needed to do more. Since the first week to the just the 5th with Lisa I can see that physically I have become a lot stronger in my legs as well as my upper body and this is huge credit to Lisa for the way she pushes me during the sessions. My recovery has also improved massively on the pitch which is down to the intensity at which Lisa sets her sessions. In a short space of time so much progress can be achieved. If you are looking to get into great physical shape and push yourself to limits to get the best possible results then Lisa is 100% the one for that. Her strategies are unique and do not just focus on static movements. Lisa also has the skill to adapt her sessions for you which just shows her passion and efforts towards fitness as well as her flawless energy. She is a fantastic motivator and has helped me a great deal although sometimes I admit I ask why I do this to myself. However, the results and afterward feeling that Lisa gives me is why I do it.

I started on a healthy lifestyle journey that included weight loss on the app Noom. I was doing well but felt I need more structure and encouragement from a person I trusted. I reached out to Lisa when she posted that she was looking to work with a few people on healthy goals and lifestyles. I have been working with Lisa for over a year now and have found her such a help to keep me focused on my health journey. Since January 2021, I have lost 30 pounds and have kept the weight off with the exception of a fluctuating 5 pounds, but more than that I have increased my physical fitness level and view my choices in exercise and eating as decisions that keep me healthy and not about weight.
