Summary
Healthy lifestyle coaching involves a journey of self-discovery, guided by the partnership between coach and coachee. It is not a relationship where clients are told what to do.
As a health coach, I take a holistic approach in supporting my clients to identify areas of their diet and lifestyle that need to be worked on; identify where they are currently stuck; explore how to start making changes, and support them in progressing those changes to create lasting-lifestyle change. My role as a coach is to provide a form of accountability, encouragement, and non-judgmental support.
I have worked with hundreds of clients to build healthier lifestyles. Nothing gives me greater professional pleasure to hear from clients that they have put their prediabetes into remission, lost weight, reduced blood pressure and improved their cholesterol.
