I'm Karen Orr, founder of PeopleWise Solutions and I work with SME owners and managers to help them get the best from their people while building strong, successful businesses.
My expertise covers HR consultancy, employee relations, employment law compliance, recruitment, performance management and leadership development. I combine practical HR knowledge with a commercial understanding of the challenges business owners face when managing people and growing their teams.
