The one thing I learned from Ali Campbell that transformed my work as a therapist and coach: never assume anything.

It keeps me truly curious about my clients what drives their actions, and which quiet fears are blocking their next level, especially in deeply sensitive areas like relationships and fertility journeys.

When we assume, we:
Miss opportunities to really understand the other person
Lose out on intimate, genuine connection
Create distance because we stay stuck in our own head

Underneath this, there is usually one thing at play: fear.
We fear rejection.
We fear being excluded.
We fear we may not be good enough for the situation in front of us whether it’s love, career, or becoming a parent.

Fear is at the root of so many subtle blocks in our lives.
It often dictates our next move or stops us from moving at all. We stay stuck.

If you feel stuck right now perhaps in your relationship, your self-worth, or your fertility journey and want to explore a way forward, I invite you to question those fears.

90–95% of our daily behaviour is driven by the subconscious mind.
When you make the subconscious conscious, you can release what’s holding you back and start to live fully.

What’s one assumption you’re ready to drop about yourself?

Being “the strong one” is burning you out.
You overthink. Stay quiet. Then replay it all later.
