Hear me out - you've got 'empowerment' all wrong, and I'm going to tell you what REALLY matters.

Empowering your workforce means to:

1. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆
↳ Educate until they are equipped and able to walk on their own
↳ Give them self-belief and power to be able to carry out a task

2. 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
↳ Make them believe in themselves
↳ Allow them to make informed decisions

3. 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
↳ Leave room for mistakes
↳ Listen to their ideas, thoughts & feedback

All of that sounds great, right? BUT....

THERE IS SOMETHING HUGELY MISSING◉
