Empowering your workforce means to:1.
𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆↳ Educate until they are equipped and able to walk on their own
↳ Give them self-belief and power to be able to carry out a task

. 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:↳ Make them believe in themselves
↳ Allow them to make informed decisions

↳ Listen to their ideas, thoughts & feedback
